Job description
- Proven experience as an Application Support Specialist, Software Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong experience in configuring and supporting software applications in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues related to software applications.
- Experience in coordinating the deployment of new software or system updates, including planning, testing, and user adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train end-users and work with technical teams to resolve issues.
- Experience in writing technical documentation and user guides.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with database management (e.g., SQL) and basic scripting to support troubleshooting (e.g., PowerShell) will be a plus.
- Familiarity with data integration and migration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or SaaS platforms).
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Manage and maintain multiple software applications (HRMS, Wrench EPC, CAFM, etc.)
