Job Description
Take and follow up on legal actions against defaulting customers, monitor and follow up on cases, provide legal support to business and operations teams, and ensure compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (English Section preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in legal procedures, litigation follow-up, or dispute handling
- Practical experience dealing with courts of different levels and police stations
- Good knowledge of Egyptian laws, especially Civil, Commercial, and Criminal, and Consumer Finance Law
- Experience in handling customer disputes and legal debt collection actions
