Job Description
Oversee daily press operations for mold manufacturing, ensuring optimal machine performance and product quality. Monitor and adjust press parameters, collaborate with design and production teams, and conduct root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in press operations or mold manufacturing
- Strong understanding of metal forming, stamping, and mold fabrication processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process-related issues
- Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant industry certifications
