Job Description
Provide first-line technical support, install and maintain computer systems, and monitor network connectivity. Manage user accounts, document technical issues, and collaborate with the IT team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-8 years of proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network administration
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based collaboration tools
