Job Description
Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-8 years of proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based collaboration tools
