Job Description
Oversee daily press operations for mold manufacturing, ensuring optimal machine performance and product quality. Monitor and adjust press parameters to maintain consistent output and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in press operations or mold manufacturing
- Strong understanding of metal forming, stamping, and mold fabrication processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and process-related issues
- Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant industry certifications
