Job Responsibilities
1. Fully coordinate the whole-process management of curtain wall projects in the Middle East and overseas, be responsible for project planning, schedule, cost, quality and safety control, and implement project objectives.
2. Manage the project team and coordinate internal and external resources as well as cooperative parties such as owners and supervisors.
3. Control the construction site, handle sudden problems and ensure the progress of construction.
4. Coordinate project settlement, payment collection, completion acceptance and data filing.
5. Conduct foreign-related communication in English and accept long-term on-site assignment overseas.
Job Qualifications
1. Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to work in English, and accept long-term on-site assignment overseas.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Curtain Wall Engineering, Engineering Management or other related majors.
3. More than 8 years of curtain wall project management experience and more than 5 years of project manager experience, with overseas project experience preferred, familiar with construction techniques and acceptance specifications.
4. Master project control skills; possess excellent overall planning and pressure resistance capabilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and adapt to cross-cultural communication scenarios.
