Job Description
Strong experience in preparing and reviewing quotations, with the ability to compare, analyze, and select suitable offers from vendors and subcontractors.
Demonstrated analytical skills for cost estimation, quantity take-off, and evaluation of architectural and related engineering documentation, drawings, specs, BOQ & contract documents.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the tendering process.
Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, and collaborating with procurement teams to secure competitive and compliant bids.
Coordinate with technical office project tender efforts.
Communicate with team any tender issues.
Submit tender clarifications to estimation / tech. Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Previous experience in tendering/estimating within the construction industry, preferably on large or multidisciplinary projects.
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and quantity take-off or estimating software.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with local construction codes, standards, and contract conditions in Egypt is an advantage.
