Job Description
Lead and manage the architectural design process across all project phases.
Ensure alignment with Business Unit (BU) requirements, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee concept creation.
Oversee design development.
Oversee multidisciplinary coordination.
Manage outsourced designers.
Review BOQs and costs.
Provide technical architectural support during project execution.
Ensure quality, functionality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Professional certification or postgraduate studies in Architecture, Urban Design, or Project Management is a plus.
Excellent Knowledge of Auto Cad, Photoshop, Revit, sketch up and 3D MAX.
Minimum 8–10 years of architectural experience.
Proven experience in managing large-scale and multi-disciplinary construction projects.
Experience in industrial, commercial, or large administrative projects is preferred.
Experience working with outsourced consultants and design firms.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Very good command of English.
