Location:
Badr City / Maadi, Cairo.
Position:
Technical Office Engineer – Wood, Metal & Marble Works.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following fields:
Office Furniture & Joinery Works
Marble Fabrication & Cladding Systems
Architectural Cladding Systems
Aluminum Works
Metal Fabrication & Steel Works
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, or any related discipline.
Technical Skills:
Excellent command of AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of SolidWorks, 3ds Max, or other 3D modeling software.
Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings (cutting lists, marble layouts, and detailing).
Experience in quantity surveying, material take-offs, and pricing.
Strong coordination skills between design, factory, and site teams.
English language proficiency is NOT a mandatory requirement (Technical and engineering competence is the primary selection criteria).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and accurate cutting lists.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs, material estimation, and support invoicing/payment applications.
Coordinate technical and material requirements between the design team, production factories, and site execution.
Support project delivery in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and strict deadlines.
