The Israeli army announced that, from Sunday, it will begin to "renew the provision of tents and shelter equipment for the residents of the Strip", in preparation for their "transfer" to southern Gaza.

The army spokesman, Avichai Adraei, said that this comes at the directives of the political level and within the framework of the Israeli army's preparations for "the transfer of civilians from the fighting areas to the south of the Azza sector in order to preserve their security."

According to Adraei, "the equipment will be transferred through the Kerem Shalom crossing by the United Nations and international relief organizations after being subjected to accurate march," adding that "the work will continue to allow the entry of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip."

A spokesman for the Gaza municipality, Hosni Muhanna, told the BBC that the Israeli army continues for the sixth day widespread destruction in the Al -Zaytoun neighborhood through air and artillery shelling and the use of car bombs, which led to the collapse of dozens of houses and the displacement of thousands of Palestinians.

He explained that the neighborhood "is living in catastrophic conditions," pointing to a mass exodus of the population under the bombing, and hundreds of homes and infrastructure are exposed to destruction.

He added that 80 percent of the infrastructure in Gaza City is damaged, while the remaining four hospitals are working with less than 20 percent of their capacity; Due to the lack of medicines and supplies.

He said that hospitals have become medical points due to the destruction of parts of it as a result of being bombed since the beginning of the war.

Muhanna added that the situation in the largest neighborhood at the level of Gaza City, "is catastrophic in every sense of the word," noting that it witnesses a wide collective displacement and intense bombing towards the west of the city and the southern Gaza Strip.

He said that the evacuation map, which was published by the Israeli army on Friday, indicates that the land operation will arrive within days to other neighborhoods of Gaza City, which is currently inhabited by more than a million and 200 thousand people.

Muhanna warned that "the bombing operations take place violently, accompanied by military bulldozers that settle the remaining buildings on the ground, leaving behind large areas completely destroyed and free from life."

Muhanna likened what is happening today in the Al -Zaytoun neighborhood of what happened in the Al -Tu`bah, Al -Shuja’iya and the city of Rafah, and that there is a great fear among the residents that the coming days will be more difficult.

He stressed that "the continuation of this bombing comes in the context of erasing and destroying the neighborhoods," as he put it.

Human Rights Commission: Israel is responsible for most of the aid aid deaths

On Saturday, the Israeli army opened fire aid in the northern Gaza distribution area, killing nine Palestinians and a number of injuries, according to the Palestinian Agency.

Hamas: Inclusion of the movement on the United Nations list of illegal sexual violence

On Friday, Hamas expressed its categorical rejection of its inclusion in the "Black List" issued by the United Nations Secretary -General on August 14, 2025, related to the perpetrators of sexual violent crimes in armed conflict, describing the move as "legally invalid and negatively."

The movement said in a press statement that "the inclusion lacked any legal basis or reliable evidence, and only relied on Israeli accounts fully fabricated," noting that the UN report "was not based on independent and neutral field investigations, and did not adhere to the recognized international proofs."

Hamas criticized what it described as "double standards", stressing that the report ignored "documented sexual violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinians", despite the presence of "hundreds of evidence contained in international and human rights reports."

The statement added that "the exclusion of the occupation from the list represents a dangerous politicization of the mechanisms of the United Nations, undermines the credibility of the international system and turns it into a tool for whitening the occupation crimes."

Hamas called on the Secretary -General of the United Nations and the Security Council to withdraw the decision to "immediately", and to open an "independent and neutral" international investigation in all allegations of sexual violence related to the conflict, stressing the need to "hold the occupation leaders accountable for their crimes before the International Criminal Court."

Arab and Islamic statement: Netanyahu's statements about "Greater Israel" threaten Arab national security

Foreign ministers of 31 Arab and Islamic countries, as well as two general secretaries of the League of Arab States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Gulf Cooperation Council, condemned the statements of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding what he described as "Greater Israel", considering that it represents a "direct threat to Arab national security and a flagrant violation of international law."

In a joint statement, the ministers stressed that these statements reflect "an underestimation of the foundations of stable international relations, and in an effort to undermine the sovereignty of states," they affirmed their full rejection of any Israeli attempts to impose a fait accompli through force or settlement.

They also condemned the settlement plan in the "E1" region and the statements of the Israeli Finance Minister of Salawal Smotrich, and considered it "an attack on the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent state on the 1967 borders, with occupied Jerusalem as its capital."

The statement reaffirmed that "there is no sovereignty for Israel on the occupied Palestinian land," based on Security Council resolutions, especially Resolution 2334, and the consultative opinion of the International Court of Justice on "the illegitimacy of the occupation."

He called on the ministers to stop the "Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, and to open the crossings immediately."

They also called on the international community, especially the United States, to assume its legal and moral responsibilities towards the Palestinian people, and to stop the Israeli statements and policies that undermine the opportunities of peace and stability in the region, according to the statement.
