Thermal rash

 


  • The thermal rash is not only in children, but adults are affected, especially in the summer or in hot and wet atmosphere
  • This rash occurs due to the blockage of subcutaneous sweating channels, and the symptoms vary from superficial to deep ulcers, and some forms of heat rash may be accompanied by severe itching and usually go on their own unless they are of the deep type or occurred because of its ulcers, they need medical care
  • But the best way to relieve symptoms is skin care and relieve sweating by following the following instructions to help protect yourself or your child from the rash resulting from heat

  • Wear soft, loose and light -colored cotton clothes that reflect sunlight.
  • Avoid clothes that can provoke skin sensory.
  • In the afternoon or when the temperature is generally high, stay in the shade or in its room and air -conditioned buildings or put a fan at a safe distance to soften the air
  • Keep sleeping in a cold room with good ventilation.
  • Bathing in cold water with soap that does not contain perfumes or dyes.
  • Avoid using creams or ointments - they do not prevent heat and rash and may cause the pores of the skin.
  • Use a kalaine solution or cold compresses to calm itch itching.
  • The thermal rash usually goes away within seven to ten days, provided that you keep your skin cold and dry.
